Job brief

The HR Co-ordinator will provide a range of administrative supports to the HR Operations team. The role will also require co-ordination and organization of a wide range of HR activities within the team.

 

Duties and Responsibilities include the following

  • Co-ordinate the ASK HR system within EMEA
  • Co-ordinate the Requisition process in EMEA
  • Co-ordinate EMEA team meetings and follow up
  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
  • Maintain records of HR data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
  • Maintain and support creation of HR policy and procedure
  • Support the recruitment/hiring process, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars
  • Perform onboarding and update records with new hires
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback

 

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Degree in Human Resources or related area

 

Language Skills                   

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Fluency in a European language is an advantage

 

Computer Skills     

  • Experience with HRIS
  • Highly proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint). Experience of ERP systems - Oracle an advantage

  Work Requirements
