The Growth Marketing and CRO Manager is responsible for defining and collaborating on the growth marketing strategy and optimizing the funnel to meet revenue targets within the Identity and Access Management Solutions (IAMS) Business Area. The position will report to the Senior Manager, Digital Engagement, IAMS.

The Growth Marketing and CRO Manager focuses on the strategic execution and ongoing performance of owned, earned and paid acquisition channels. This position will constantly collect data to track and optimize our conversion funnels, increase quality of leads and help drive maximum pipeline growth. The position deeply understands our potential customers and how IAMS can best support their needs. The Growth Marketing and CRO Manager works closely with Demand Generation, Creative, Web Development, and Marketing Managers providing strategic guidance on consistent conversion improvements.
 

What you will be doing

  • Acquisition / top-of-funnel: Advise and execute on messaging and audience targeting on social media, blogs, ads, SEO and SEM. Work with Demand Generation to optimize conversions on CTAs, lead gen forms, and landing pages.
  • Activation / mid-funnel: Advise and execute on conversion optimization and performance reporting on demos, trials, personalization and profiling, retargeting and ad-based nurture funnels.
  • Lead the IAMS SEO strategy, perform ongoing keyword research, identify new traffic opportunities, maintain content optimization, and track positioning.
  • Design, launch and analyze multi-variate tests across all channels. Coordinate implementation of experiments with Demand Generation, Creative and Web Dev.
  • Communicate testing strategies, results and learnings to the IAMS digital engagement and marketing teams on a consistent basis.
  • Track performance of KPIs against defined goals, proactively looking to identify trends, improve efficiency in moving leads through the funnel and remove bottlenecks.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics using blended data across multiple marketing channels and buyer personas for a deeper understanding of the IAMS customer journey.
  • Monitor and identify gaps in tracking across multiple platforms.
  • Lead the IAMS social media presence with the goal of increasing engagement, webpage traffic and growing the reach to targeted audiences across key strategic value streams.
  • Manage the IAMS social and blog publishing schedule.
  • Partner with Marketing Managers to ensure social tactics are executed in alignment with campaign plans.


What we are looking for    

  • Understanding of B2B customer journeys, conversion funnels and optimization strategies with an emphasis on SEO, SEM and social specific conversions.
  • Demonstrated experience in executing high-performing paid acquisition campaigns on Adwords, YouTube, Linkedin Advertising, Terminus, Capterra, and programmatic.
  • Experience in planning, documenting and launching large-scale multi-variate tests.
  • Experience in managing large advertising budgets across varied ad platforms.
  • Strong analytical skillset, the ability to tell stories and make data-driven decisions.
  • Deep understanding and experience working with marketing performance metrics (CPM, CPC, CPL, revenue, LTV and retention).
  • Experimental mindset with the ability to take calculated risks and focus on continuous improvement.
  • A talent for writing compelling, high conversion copy that targets the appropriate customer journey stage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator with the proven ability to convey complex ideas in simple terms.


Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar field.
  • 3-4 years of growth marketing, performance marketing or CRO.
  • 3+ years in paid advertising with deep expertise in Google Adwords and Linkedin Advertising.
  • 2+ years in overseeing the execution of integrated marketing campaign tactics that leverage owned, earned, and paid acquisition channels.
  • Previous experience working in the B2B cybersecurity or identity management industry preferred.
  • Experience with subscription-based business models and monthly/annual recurring revenue preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of multi-touch attribution, event/goal tracking and tag management.
  • Advanced knowledge in web analytics, testing, optimization and SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Optimize, Hotjar and SEMRush. Certifications are a strong plus.
  • Experience working in marketing automation and CRM platforms (Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Google Data Studio). Proficient in manipulating data. SQL is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
  • Proficiency in project/campaign management platforms (Workfront, Trello).
