Our Senior Pricing Analyst is to be detailed-orientated with strong Oracle Advanced Pricing skills. This position will have responsibilities for the pricing projects for multiple business areas. The Pricing Team works closely with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and other functional teams related to pricing operations.

 

Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Manage and Execute approved Pricing Projects
  • Document and maintain global pricing process and workflows.
  • Develop and Train on Pricing tools, policies, and procedures
  • Supports business needs with the development of tools and methods that will result in more accurate customer profitability assessment and decision-making.
  • Follows all management approved processes and procedures; alerts management when circumstances require deviation to the approved processes and procedures.
  • ERP/Systems Enhancement process documentation, testing and verification.
  • Provide operational pricing support for the complex pricing requests, i.e. regional modifiers, currency exchange, Global Accounts, as defined by the business.
  • Provide input and support for upgrades, capacity planning, and best practices.
  • Interact with the business to identify, capture and analyze business requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage and work with cross-functional teams


Qualifications

  • Oracle Advanced Pricing
  • Strong experience in user acceptance testing and project management.
  • Expert Microsoft Excel Skills
  • Ability to adapt and deliver to fluid deadlines.
  • Must be highly collaborative
  • Ability to understand business processes & identify issues in order to develop sustainable/scalable solutions
  • Ability to self-manage and follow through on projects, paying exceptional attention to detail with minimal supervision.


Education and/or Experience

  • 2 years Oracle Advanced Pricing Experience preferred
  • 8+ years Progressive Business Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education plus relevant work experience


Language Skills

  • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to construct succinct and efficient executive level communication
  • Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc. 


Work Environment

  • Employee works primarily in a home office environment.
  • The home office must be a well-defined work area, separate from normal domestic activity and complete with all essential technology including, but not limited to; separate phone, scanner, printer, computer, etc. as required in order to effectively perform their duties.


Work Requirements

  • Compliance to all relevant HID Global policies and procedures related to Quality, Security, Safety, Business Continuity, and Environmental systems.
  • Travel and fieldwork including international travel may be required. Therefore, employee must possess, or be able to acquire a valid passport.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
